1. About us

This website is operated by Matbakh.co ("we", "us"). Our address is 199, Street No. 8, 3rd Zone, 6th of October, Giza, Egypt. You can reach us at matbakh.co.eg@gmail.com.

2. Using this website

By browsing or ordering from this site you accept these terms. Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, and don't copy our photographs, product descriptions or designs without permission. We may update the site, our catalogue or these terms at any time; the version published here is the one that applies to your order.

3. Products

We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but screens vary and small differences in colour or finish are normal, particularly with glass and ceramics. Dimensions and capacities are approximate. Availability isn't guaranteed until we confirm your order.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. That email acknowledges your order; it doesn't yet form a contract. The contract is made when we confirm the order is being prepared for dispatch. If we can't fulfil something — because it's out of stock, or a price or description was listed in error — we'll contact you and refund you in full if you've already paid.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown to you before you confirm your order.

We accept:

• Cash on delivery
• InstaPay
• Online card payment at checkout

6. Delivery

We deliver across Egypt. Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery times vary depending on your governorate.

7. Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed. After dispatch, an order can still be cancelled, but the delivery charge applies.

8. Returns, exchanges and damaged items

Our returns terms, including your right to inspect the order at your door, are set out in full in our Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
