Exchange & Refund Policy

Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

Conditions

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it reached you.
It must be returned in its original packaging, with everything that came with it.
Proof of purchase is required — the invoice included with your order, or your order confirmation email.

Return shipping costs

Return and exchange shipping is at the customer's expense, except where the item has a clear manufacturing defect, in which case Matbakh.co covers it.

Inspection on delivery

You are welcome to open and inspect your order in front of the courier before accepting it. Our glassware is packed with care, but breakage in transit is always possible, and we would rather you find it than discover it later.

If anything has arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, simply hand it back to the courier at the door. The item goes straight back to us at no cost to you — no return fee, no forms, and nothing to arrange afterwards. We will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

If you only notice the damage after the courier has left, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs of the affected item together with the outer packaging it arrived in. If applicable we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed.
After an order has been dispatched, it can still be cancelled, but the delivery charge applies.

يمكنك طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

الشروط

أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبنفس الحالة التي وصلك بها.
أن يُعاد في عبوته الأصلية ومعه جميع مرفقاته.
تقديم ما يثبت الشراء: الفاتورة المرفقة بالطلب أو رسالة تأكيد الطلب.

مصاريف شحن الاسترجاع

يتحمل العميل مصاريف شحن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا في حالة وجود عيب صناعة واضح، فتتحملها Matbakh.co.

المعاينة عند الاستلام

يحق لك فتح الطلب ومعاينته أمام مندوب الشحن قبل استلامه. نحن نغلّف منتجاتنا الزجاجية بعناية، لكن الكسر أثناء الشحن يظل احتمالًا قائمًا، ونفضّل أن تكتشفه في حينه لا بعد ذلك.

إذا وجدت أي منتج تالفًا أو غير مطابق لطلبك، يكفي أن تعيده إلى المندوب على الباب. يعود المنتج إلينا دون أي تكلفة عليك — بلا مصاريف شحن، وبلا إجراءات أو متابعة لاحقة. وسنقوم باستبداله أو ردّ قيمته بالكامل، حسب اختيارك.

وإذا لاحظت التلف بعد انصراف المندوب، تواصل معنا خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام مع إرسال صور للمنتج المتضرر وللعبوة الخارجية التي وصل بها. وإذا انطبقت الشروط، نرتب لك الاستبدال أو ردّ القيمة بالكامل دون أي تكلفة عليك.
